As we begin to reopen select Connecticut branches based on state guidelines, we’ve implemented several new measures to ensure the health and safety of our members and employees. Availability will vary daily, please be sure to check AAA.com for a complete list of open locations before heading out.
Increased Cleaning and Precautions:

AAA employees are dedicated to sanitizing surfaces throughout the day including supplies, card readers, counters, and common areas. For increased protection, plexiglass barriers have been installed between employees and members. Employees are required to wear personal protective equipment and sanitize their hands between member transactions. Any at-risk or sick employees will work from home until symptoms subside.
For the health and safety of everyone, we request that anyone entering our branches agree to wear a mask, follow social distancing guidelines and all other safety policies in place. These policies are in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Curbside Pickup or Drop-off:
When applicable, membership transactions will be curbside pickup or drop-off only. AAA employees will complete requests and personally deliver directly to your vehicle. For services that require entry into the branch, an employee stationed at the front door will advise when the next available agent is ready to serve you. Capacity restrictions and preventative measures in place follow state mandates.
