Cops: Naugatuck Teen Pushed a Teacher in the Classroom

The teen was charged and required to attend Juvenile Court in Waterbury later this month.

Naugatuck police say the High School’s School Resource Officer responded to a disturbance inside a classroom on Tuesday.

The student, who is a juvenile, was allegedly uncooperative with a teacher and the teen is accused of pushing the teacher, police said.

The juvenile continued to disrupt other students in the school by yelling and swearing, police said.

The juvenile was charged with breach of peace and released into the custody of his mother, police said.
