Director of Emergency Management Updates Borough on Day 8

As we enter day 8 of the storm and aftermath Eversource is still reporting outages in our town. Please keep in mind that that there still may be trees that have weakened from the storm Tonight the Board of Mayor and Burgess will be voting on an agenda item that, if approved, will allow for the funding of collection of debris associated with the storm. As there has been a Presidential Disaster Declaration of Disaster signed for Connecticut, Naugatuck will be able to apply Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) grant to offset the the Borough's cost.
