Dispute Over Cell Phone Leads To Charges: Naugatuck Police

The accused was released on a $10,000 bond, police say.

NAUGATUCK, CT β€” A Waterbury man, Drew Larowe, 30, of Highland Avenue is accused of hitting another person over a dispute involving a cell phone, Naugatuck Police say.

At 8:49 p.m., Naugatuck Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute that occurred at an undisclosed location.

"It was discovered through the investigation that the accused became involved in an argument with the victim that escalated and became physical when, according to the victim, the accused fought with the victim over a cell phone, and the victim was struck several times," Naugatuck Police say.

Larowe was arrested and charged with second-degree breach of peace, risk of injury to a child, and reckless driving. He was released on a $10,000 bond.
