DUI Naugatuck Man Hits Parked Construction Vehicle: Police
Police say they responded to the accident scene recently and an arrest was made.
NAUGATUCK, CT β A DUI Naugatuck man is accused of hitting a construction vehicle, police said.
At 8:50 on July 6, Officers responded to the area of 132 Johnson Street on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation officers located the accident scene and observed the vehicle had hit a construction vehicle parked on the side of the road, police said.
Upon interviewing the driver, Robert H. Bailey, 44, of Forest Street, they determined that the accused was impaired, police said. Bailey is charged with DUI and released on a $500 bond.
