DUI Naugatuck Man Struck Light Pole, Sign: Police
The accused was released on a $5,000 bond.

NAUGATUCK, CT β A Naugatuck man is accused of driving while under the influence at the time of a motor vehicle accident, police said. On Dec. 31, officers responded to Church Street for a report of a motor vehicle accident.
Matthew Miner, 24, of Scott Street, struck a light pole and a street sign, police said. During the investigation it was determined the accused was operating under the influence of alcohol, police said.
Miner is charged with DUI and released on a $5,000 bond.
