Located at the top of the mountain at the popular Blue Mountain Resort with vistas of the scenic Pocono Mountains from every seat, Easter feasting at Slopeside is sure to become a classic tradition for years to come.

Slopeside Pub & Grill’s delectable Easter Brunch Buffet is offering classic favorites for families and friends. There will be a variety of wonderful breads, an Omelette Station for guests to choose their own toppings and hearty Breakfast Classics including Pancakes, French Toast, Bacon, Sausage Links, Scrambled Eggs and Breakfast Potatoes. For lighter choices, Cheddar Apple Grits, Peel and Eat Shrimp, Smoked Salmon, Caesar Salad and Fruit are on the menu. The Carving Station tempts with Country Ham and Turkey Breast served with country-style gravy. Also, the Buffet will feature Penne Bolognese, Farfalle Primavera, Pecan Crusted Atlantic Salmon and Chicken Marsala. For kids to enjoy: Chicken Fingers, Mac & Cheese, Penne and French Fries. Cocktails include Mimosas and Bellinis, and the Sweets are an assortment of Cakes, Pies and Elegant Desserts created by Slopeside’s pastry chef.
