the YMCA on Church Street, and mailed to:

REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER March 1st WILL BE PLACED
ON A WAITING LIST, AND ACCEPTED ONLY AS NEEDED TO
COMPLETE TEAMS. A $15.00 LATE FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR LATE REGISTRATIONS
NO EXCEPTIONS.
