On Friday, September 23 at 10:30 a.m., the Whittemore Library will offer Snacks & Shows for Seniors: Elvis! During this event, senior citizens will celebrate the 50th anniversary of Blue Hawaii by watching the film on the library’s big screen.
Before the movie, attendees will learn to make Elvis Truffles from bananas, peanut butter, bacon, and chocolate. This program is open to senior citizens who are 60 years old and over. Participants are encouraged to wear either Hawaiian shirts or Elvis costumes.
