Event Rescheduled at Phoenix Stage Company
Phoenix Stage Company is offering a FREE event in support of friend and past Connecticut Poet Laureate, Margaret Gibson.

On Saturday, February 22nd at 2pm, Phoenix Stage Company is offering a FREE event in support of our friend and past Connecticut Poet Laureate, Margaret Gibson.
This is a rescheduled event, after last weekend's storm.

A book by Margaret Gibson read by the author with Tori Richnavsky. Powerful love between a grandmother and a granddaughter animates the voices in this intimate series of inner monologues set against the background of global climate crisis and the COVID pandemic. In this work, Gibson lays bare the integrity and depth of inquiry it takes to make life and death choices in a broken world. This brilliant book—innovative, suspenseful, deeply moving—reflects back to us in conjoined poetry and prose the profound issues of our time.
