Female Victim 'Ambushed' At Her Home, Arrest Made: Naugatuck PD
The woman was taking out her garbage when she was 'ambushed' police said. The accused is being held in lieu of a $100,000 bond.

NAUGATUCK, CT β A Waterbury man, Dennis Jose Rolon, 29, of Addison Street, is being held in lieu of a $100,000 bond after he is accused of ambushing a woman in Naugatuck, police said.
At 9:24 p.m. on Jan. 21, police were called to a local residence.
"It was discovered through the investigation that the accused had ambushed the victim at the victim's residence when the victim was throwing out the garbage. The accused became involved in an argument with the victim which escalated and became physical when, according to the victim, the accused grabbed the victim by the neck and threatened to kill the victim with something that was pointed at her stomach," police said in a news release.

"During that argument the accused threatened the victim multiple times that he would kill the victim if the victim did not give him what he wanted. The accused was upset and looking for another victim that the accused had a known active Protective Order in place," police added in a statement.
Rolon is charged with violation of a protective order, first-degree threatening, first-degree unlawful restraint, first-degree stalking, and second-degree breach of peace.
