Fire Damages Naugatuck Home, Family Displaced: Report
The fire was reported late last week at a home at Sunburst Road.
NAUGATUCK, CT — A Sunburst Road family was displaced from their home last week after a fire Thursday caused heavy smoke damage throughout the house, My Citizen News reported.
No injuries were reported in the morning blaze, which did not cause any structural damage. The family has found a place to live while the home is repaired.
The exact cause of the fire is being investigated, but it started in the living room near a pellet stove, according to fire officials.
