You are cordially invited to the historic Whiting Mills located at 100 Whiting Street, Winsted, CT for the First Annual Whiting Mills Halloween Spooktacular on Saturday, October 7th, from 11:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. This is a family-friendly event with free entry and open to the public. West Shore Seafood Food Truck will be providing a selection of delectable lunch options. Whiting Mills is handicap-accessible and free parking will be provided.

This Halloween event is a must-visit for all ages. Over 30 skilled artists will be showcasing their spooky creations, oddities, and tantalizing treats. Experience a bewitching collection of vintage and modern creations that celebrate the spirit of Halloween from past to present. The mill will be transformed into a whimsical Haunted-themed experience that will take you from fun and playful to spooky and terrifying, leaving you spellbound. To fully immerse yourself in the Halloween spirit, you are encouraged to dress up in your most haunting attire!

But wait, there's more! This Halloween celebration will include a range of activities and prizes for everyone to enjoy. There will be an interactive monster display, a fun scavenger hunt, and plenty of candy for trick-or-treaters. Additionally, there will be a thrilling costume contest with two categories: Adults and Children. Contestants must register by 3:00 P.M. in studio 304 to participate in the contest, which will be held at 4:00 P.M. The best adult costumes will receive cash prizes of $100 for 1st place, $50 for 2nd place, and $25 for 3rd place. Children will also have the chance to win toy prizes. Don't miss out on this Spooktacular event and celebrate whimsically while having some fun!
