The Fit Factory Announces New Class Schedule

Class times are taken from the BACK TO SCHOOL Schedule 2019 that began on Aug. 19; classes are subject to change at any time.

Naugatuck, CT - The Fit Factory is Naugatuck’s newest fitness and wellness studio offering a wide range of large and small group classes, personal training, fun, and much more. The Fit Factory is a place where everyone FITS in!

The large studio is located at 71 Weid Drive in Naugatuck, directly across the street from St. Vincent Ferrer Church on New Haven Road. Christine Spinella and Linda Pollicita are the owners and both teach classes at the studio. As you travel down Weid Drive past the senior housing on your left, there is a small parking lot in front of the studio on your right. If you get to Beacon Brook, you have gone too far.

I had the pleasure of meeting the two owners of the brand new studio that share one dream. Linda and Christine have teamed up to bring Naugatuck and surrounding communities an opportunity to fit in and get fit. These two ladies have 25 years of combined fitness experience.

The studio is impressively large and the owners gave me a comprehensive tour. There are plenty of weights, ample space for the exercise classes with an elevated platform for the instructor, and smaller rooms in the back.

Holly Dixon teaches the Pelacore Classes at the Fit Factory; she is the only licensed instructor on the east coast in this form of exercise that is designed to work the pelvic floor. The Fit Factory is also the only studio offering WERQ Dance Fitness Class. This session features hip hop/pop choreographed dance fitness instruction.
