Flu shot clinic to be hosted by D'Amico, Griffin & Pettinicchi, LLC

D’Amico, Griffin & Pettinicchi, LLC will again host its annual flu shot clinic on Saturday, October 18th from 10:00 to noon at 465 Straits Turnpike in Watertown.  Vaccines will be provided by VNA Health at Home, Inc. to persons 18 years of age and older who meet eligibility requirements.  A photo id is required.  Accepted insurance plans:  Medicare Part B; Aetna; Anthem BC/BS; Cigna; ConnectiCare; Healthy CT; Medicaid; Harvard Pilgrim Health and Wellcare Medicare.  Oxford  United Healthcare, including their Medicare  plans, will not pay for a flu shot at this clinic.  All other insurances require a prepayment of $25.00.  For more information
