Foreclosed Property To Be Rented, Generate Revenue For Naugatuck

The Borough acquired the property via a foreclosure action and are finalizing a lease agreement with a local company.

NAUGATUCK, CT — A 4.5-acre parcel that the Borough acquired via foreclosure will be occupied by Con-Tec Inc., which will rent the 10,000-square-foot building at 41 Raytkwich Road, My Citizen's News reports.
