Friday Update from Director of Emergency Managament

Naugatuck, CT - Fran Dambowsky, Director of Emergency Management & Homeland Security for the Borough of Naugatuck, shared the following updates early Friday morning.

UPDATE:

Eversource just responded to the email I sent at 11:59 pm last night. I was told that there are 10 bucket trucks en-route to Naugatuck at this time.
We are back up to 134 outages.

Avoid Route 63 (North Church Street). It is still CLOSED at Sherman Street.

At the present time there are still 15 Eversource customers in Naugatuck without power. As stated earlier, I emailed Eversource at 11:59 pm last night. I have yet to receive a reply. While 15 represents only 0.10 %, I you are one of those 15, it might as well be 100%. I will continue to address the outages with Eversource until every home in Naugatuck has power.
