Curbside Leaf Collection

Leaves will be collected on Naugatuck resident’s regular trash day, in 30-gallon paper bags.

The weeks: November 14, 2022, & November 28, 2022

Spring Leaf Collection was completed during the week of: to be determined

Leaves are also accepted year-round at the Recycling Center during regular hours in 30-gallon paper bags only, no plastic bags.

Along with leaves, grass clippings, pine needles, hay, flowers and other soft yard waste material can be placed in the paper bags when they are brought to the Center or left for curbside collection. They will be composted and turned into a usable and high-quality garden product.

Garbage, bottles and cans, or other trash contaminates the leaves and causes problems when they are composting.
