NAUGATUCK, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Naugatuck resident Elbiona Best, 15, who has been missing since Saturday, according to Naugatuck police.

Best is described as Black, with black hair and brown eyes. She stands 5 feet, 1 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.

She was last seen wearing black sweatpants, a gray sweater, a black and brown scarf in her hair and rainbow-colored Crocs.
