'Good Samaritan' Actually A Car Thief: Waterbury PD

He told the victim he'd watch over his car, but instead he decided to steal it, according to police.

WATERBURY, CT — A man who pretended to be a good Samaritan stole a vehicle from a person who locked their keys inside, according to police.

The victim locked his keys inside his Dodge Neon and tried to open it with a coat hanger, according to the Republican-American. Musa Redzepi, 28, said he would watch the car while the victim went to get money for a tow truck, but he found a way inside and drove off in the vehicle, police said.
