Holiday Celebrations at Blue Mountain Resort

Featuring: Ugly Sweater Party, Gingerbread House Workshops, Breakfast with Santa and New Year's Eve Party

CELEBRATING THE HOLIDAYS AT BLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT


PALMERTON, Penn. – Blue Mountain Resort, known for the highest vertical in Pennsylvania, for the longest runs in the state, varied terrain and ski, snowboarding and snow tubing thrills and challenges for all ages and snow sports levels, has planned some very joyful winter holiday fun as the New Year approaches. Family friendly and adult only events include an Ugly Sweater Party with live musical entertainment and prizes; Gingerbread House Workshops; Breakfast with Santa Claus; and the resort’s annual New Year’s Eve Bash.

Ugly Sweater Party at Last Run Lounge at Summit Lodge
Saturday, December 17, from 7 to 10 p.m.
A holiday Ugly Sweater Party is a time to relax and laugh at the jolly silliness of it all at Last Run Lounge at Summit Lodge. Live music provided by Toolshed Jack, prizes for the 'ugliest' sweaters along with delicious seasonal food and drink specials for purchase.
Adults 21 and over only; admission is free.

Gingerbread House Workshops in the Vista Ballroom at Summit Lodge
Sunday, December 11, from 10 a.m. to Noon and from 2 to 4 p.m.
Sunday, December 18 from 2 to 4 p.m.
Everyone loves everything about gingerbread houses – fun to make and decorate and fun to see how other people creatively decorate their holiday art pieces. Workshops include Christmas music and a decadent hot chocolate bar to be enjoyed as they decorate their freshly baked gingerbread houses with special decorations, and a visit Santa Clause.
For each session $50 for table of up to eight people; each additional gingerbread house is $25. Tickets are available for purchase online.

Breakfast with Santa in the Vista Ballroom at Summit Lodge
Sunday, December 18, from 9 to 11 a.m.
This memorable event is when kids meet up with St. Nick and have a photo taken to admire in the future. The yummy Buffet Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast with syrup, home fries, bagels and assorted breakfast breads, coffee, tea, juices and hot chocolate with toppings.
Price is $30 per person; $20 for kids ages four to 12; ages three and under are free. Tickets are available for purchase online.

New Year's Eve Party
Party on Saturday, December 31, into Sunday, January 1 from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
The New Year’s Eve Party will be held in Last Run Lounge at Summit Lodge and is an adult-only festive event for revelers to ring in 2023 and toast friends and family. Party favors, champagne toast at midnight, and there’s also a cash bar. $25 in advance, $30 at the door. Tickets are available for purchase online.
