Illegal Pistol Found After Naugatuck Domestic Incident: PD

The man didn't have a permit and the magazine was over the legal capacity limit, police said.

NAUGATUCK, CT β€” A Naugatuck man was arrested after police found an illegally-possessed pistol in his possession after a domestic incident, according to police.

Police went to a residence Aug. 13 to investigate a domestic argument. They found a pistol with a 15-round magazine in Pierre Pierre's vehicle.

Pierre, 28, was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit, illegal possession of a large capacity magazine and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $10,000.
