Important Ion Bank Branch Information
On Saturday, November 21, the 1336 East Main Street, Meriden branch will be closed with Personal Teller Machine (PTM) service only.

After closely monitoring the COVID situation in the area and throughout the state, it has been decided that we will temporarily be closing branch lobbies to walk-in customers for the safety and security of our employees, customers and communities we serve.
On Saturday, November 21, our 1336 East Main Street, Meriden branch will be closed with Personal Teller Machine (PTM) service only.
Beginning on Monday, November 23, all branch lobbies will be closed until further notice. Drive-up and PTMs will be available so that we can continue to serve you while maintaining a safe distance. Please note that our Rubber Avenue, Naugatuck office will be closed with no customer or client appointments available at that location until further notice.

Please call your local branch to schedule appointments for safe deposit access, wire transfers, important document processing and other financial matters that cannot be accommodated online and we will be happy to assist you.
Our PTMs connect you to a live Personal Banker via video technology. They are available at every branch (vestibule and/or drive-up) and have extended hours of 7am-8pm Monday-Friday and 7am-3pm Saturday. As always, our Online Banking, Mobile App, Bank-by-Phone, and ATMS are available 24/7.
