'Intoxicated' Friend Refused To Leave House: Naugatuck Police

Police say the accused was found on the street allegedly yelling obscenities.

NAUGATUCK, CT — Police say a Naugatuck man was intoxicated at a friend's house and refused to leave. Police said at 10:10 p.m. on June 3 officers responded to a disturbance.

The accused, Jamesey Auguste, 27, of Diamond Street, was intoxicated at a friend's house and refused to leave the residence, when asked to go, police said.

Auguste did leave before police arrival and was found on the street yelling obscenities, police said. Auguste was given a court date of June 14 and charged with breach of peace and released on a $1,o00 non-surety bond.
