Ion Bank to Upgrade Online Banking Systems
Due to the system upgrade Ion Bank will be closed Saturday, July 11 through Monday, July 13 and will re-open Tuesday, July 14.
During the weekend of July 11-13, 2015, Ion Bank will be upgrading their systems to enable them to better serve their customers through more efficient transaction processing, account opening, and more Online Banking features and options.
Bill Pay will be unavailable from Monday, July 6 at 8:00am until Tuesday, July 14 at 7:00am. During this time, customers will be unable to access the Bill Pay system, meaning they cannot add or change a payment or view activity.
- Payments scheduled to be paid through July 10 will be processed normally
- Payments scheduled to be paid after July 10 will be initiated for payment after the upgrade on July 14. Depending on the payment method, they may take up to 5 (five) days to reach the payee.
- Customers should schedule payments around these dates to avoid late payments.
