Ion Financial Elects New Board of Corporators
Ion Financial, MHC has announced the election of ten new Board of Corporators members, including residents of Naugatuck and Bridgeport.
NAUGATUCK, CT β Ion Financial, MHC announced Thursday the election of 10 people who will join its Board of Corporators.
According to a news release provided by Ion Bank, the following individuals were voted in at their recently held Corporator meeting:
- Maria A. Falvo - President & CEO β American Savings Foundation, New Britain, CT
- Eugene A. Fridland - Owner, President & CEO β Electric Cable Compounds, Inc., Naugatuck, CT
- Kelly Grant - Sr. Director, Disaster Cycle Services β American Red Cross, Southbury, CT
- Molly Kellogg - Chair, President & CEO β Hubbard-Hall, Inc. Waterbury, CT
- George Moreira - Chief Counsel - AT&T, Caribbean & Latin American Region
- Adrienne Parkmond, Esq. - Chief Operating Officer β The WorkPlace, Inc., Bridgeport, CT
- Anthony Petrillo - Chief Revenue Officer β Pearl Media, Montclair, NJ
- Maria Sanchez - President β Sweet Mariaβs, Inc. Waterbury, CT
- Dana M. Silva - Executive Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer - Ion Bank, Naugatuck, CT

The Board of Corporators serve as good will ambassadors and advocates for Ion Financial, MHC and its subsidiaries, Ion Bank and Ion Investments.
