You have helped make more than 150 million face masks to protect our medical workers, frontlines, communities and each other. This is an amazing effort! We also want to thank you for supporting our store team members through thoughtful gestures, letters and words of support. This means the world to us! Now we would like to share some rather important updates with you.

As the nation opens up for business, we want to let you know what we're doing in-store to keep you safe.
- We are limiting the number of customers in each store to follow social distancing guidelines of 6 feet per person.
- Signs on the floor help enforce social distancing near our registers and cutting counters.
- All team members are encouraged to wear masks and gloves. In states where it's required, they are wearing masks.
- Curbside pick-up will be enhanced to ensure safe, contactless delivery to your vehicle.
- Our stores are offering a dedicated hour of shopping for our most at-risk customers. Please contact your local store for details and hours.

This increase also applies to hourly team members in our distribution centers, who are working to get product to our stores, partners and customers safely and efficiently.

Our team members are working as safely and quickly as possible to handle the tremendous increase in online orders. This means that online orders and customer service response times are taking longer than usual, and express shipping is temporarily unavailable.
If you're picking your order up in-store or curbside, please wait for your "Ready to Pick-Up" email before heading to the store. Many stores have limited hours, so please check the store locator for details.
If you have a ship-to-home order, most deliveries are arriving within 10 business days. Your order may arrive in separate shipments. Please be aware it may take 6-7 business days to receive your ship confirmation email.
