Juvenile Drove Motorcycle Under the Influence of Marijuana: Naugatuck Police

Police say the teen was also riding the motorcycle recklessly.

NAUGATUCK, CT — Police say a juvenile has been charged with riding a motorcycle at a high rate of speed while under the influence of marijuana.

Police said at 4:23 p.m. on Oct. 26 officers responded to Applewood Lane for a report of an erratic driving of a motorcycle.

During their investigation, police said it was determined that the juvenile was driving a motorcycle at a high rate of speed on the street, while under the influence of marijuana.

The juvenile was charged with DUI and reckless driving and given a juvenile court date of Nov. 3.
