K9 Indy Celebrates One Year of Service
The Police Department celebrated Indy's first year "on the job" along with the first week back to school for Naugatuck students.

NAUGATUCK - It was a "paw-some" event when the Naugatuck Police Department honored K9 Indy's first official year with the #teamNPD. The event was organized by the K9's partner, NPD Officer Danielle Durette.
The Police Department celebrated Indy's first year “on the job” along with the first week back to school for Naugatuck students at an event held on the second floor of the Naugatuck Event Center on Rubber Avenue. The event was held on Friday from 2 to 5pm.
K9 Indy and all his closest four-legged friends were on hand for an informal meet and greet.

There were giveaways for kids and vendors to purchase a yummy treat or fun toy for your own furry family member. A very special TV/ Radio guest appearance was also scheduled.
