Knife Displayed During Domestic Dispute: Naugatuck Police
She was released after posting a $2,500 bond, police said.
NAUGATUCK, CT β A Waterbury woman, Samantha Whelan, 34, of Juniper Ridge Road, is accused of displaying a knife during a domestic dispute, Naugatuck Police said.
At midnight on Feb. 6, police responded to a parking lot and discovered that Whelan became involved in an argument with the victim that escalated and became physical when, according to the victim, the accused "pulled a knife out of the glove box and fought with the victim causing a small cut to the victim's hand," police said.
Whelan is charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond.
