Large Amounts of Heroin, Crack Cocaine Recovered in Naugatuck: Police
BREAKING: One person has been arrested and police say there was a juvenile in the home at the time the search warrant was executed.

NAUGATUCK, CT — Police say they were able to recover a significant amount of heroin, crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia this week. At 9:13 a.m. Wednesday Naugatuck Police Department officers executed a search warrant in connection to a narcotics investigation, police said.
During the search police located heroin, crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia, police Lt. Bryan Cammarata said in a news release. Police said Isaiah Colon, 23, of Northridge Drive in Waterbury was arrested in connection with the investigation and charged with:

Risk of Injury to a child (There was a juvenile in the home at the time of the search), police said.
The accused was given a court date of April 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. He was released on a $100,000.00 surety bond.
