Latest Naugatuck Coronavirus Updates

NAUGATUCK, CT — The Naugatuck Valley Health District is reporting 172 confirmed cases of the new coronavirus in Naugatuck. A total of 58 Naugatuck residents have also tested negative for the virus.

One death involving a Naugatuck resident has been confirmed. Earlier this week the health district said there was a "probable" death involving a Naugatuck resident but it has since removed that from its chart.

"The address of one (1) probable COVID-19 associated death previously reported for Naugatuck was updated to outside of the NVHD jurisdiction. The table was updated on April 28, 2020," the health district said.
