TORRINGTON, CT – The Warner Theatre is proud to present Magic of Motown, a spectacular tribute to the legendary sounds of "Hitsville, USA," on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 7:30 pm in the Oneglia Auditorium. Presented by Moxie Events, this electrifying production promises to transport audiences back in time with an unforgettable celebration of Motown's greatest hits and most beloved artists.

Featuring a dynamic cast of 15 powerhouse vocalists, Magic of Motown brings to life the iconic sounds of Diana Ross & The Supremes, Marvin Gaye, The Jackson Five, The Temptations, The Four Tops, Aretha Franklin, and Smokey Robinson.

"This show is simply dynamic and loaded with talent," says Creative Director Scott Avig. The production showcases the award-winning talents of The Shades of Blue, delivering breathtaking harmonies, dazzling choreography, and Vegas-style showmanship that will have audiences on their feet and dancing the night away.

The performance features genuine Motown artists, including Stuart Avig (original lead singer of Motown's Valadiers), Charles Davis (former lead singer of Motown's Contours), Delbert Nelson (former lead singer of Motown's Funk Brothers), and Thelma Stubbs (sister of Levi Stubbs from Motown's Four Tops). The Shades of Blue and The Stubbs Girls complete this powerhouse ensemble, bringing decades of combined experience and undeniable talent to Torrington.

From the smooth harmonies of The Temptations to the powerhouse vocals of Aretha Franklin, Magic of Motown delivers a comprehensive celebration of the music that shaped American culture.
