Man Accused Of Assaulting Woman: Naugatuck Police

NAUGATUCK, CT — A Naugatuck man, Sean Harrigan, 48, of Lewis Street is accused of punching his girlfriend in the face and her side while they inside a car, police said. The victim did incur minor injuries, police added.

At 10:26 p.m. on Aug. 8 police responded to a report of a physical domestic dispute, police said.

He is charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree unlawful restraint, and second-degree reckless endangerment. He was initially held in lieu of a $20,000 bond.
