NAUGATUCK, CT — A man accused of impersonating a police officer and flashing a handgun at a store manager in Naugatuck was arrested Tuesday, according to police.
In an arrest summary, police said officers were called to a Big Y supermarket on Bridge Street around noon after receiving a report of a man lifting his shirt to reveal a firearm during an argument with the store's manager.
After further investigation, officers determined Derrick Henry, 60, of Waterbury, was processing a large load of cans and bottles in the store's bottle return room when the manager asked him to leave room for other customers, police said.
