Man Accused Of Forgery, Larceny: Naugatuck Police
The accused was held in lieu of a $5,000 bond.
NAUGATUCK, CT β A Waterbury man was held in lieu of a $5,000 bond and is accused of forging a check, police said. On July 22, Richard Stallings-Kee, 30, of Vail Street was charged on a warrant for an incident that occurred on Jan. 18 in Naugatuck.
Police say Stallings-Kee forged the victim's check and cashed it without the victim's permission, police said. The accused is charged with fourth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.
