Man Accused Of Risk Of Injury To A Child: Naugatuck Police

NAUGATUCK, CT — A Waterbury man, William Lugo, of Waterville Street, is charged with risk of injury to a child and first-degree reckless endangerment after being arrested on a warrant Sunday, Naugatuck Police said. He was released on a $5,000 bond and was given a court date of Jan. 22.

"The warrant was from the accused supplying a party with a controlled substance which in turn caused a young juvenile child to be left without supervision at a residence," Naugatuck Police said.

No other details were given by police.
