Man Accused Of Sexual Assault: Naugatuck Police
The incident was reported earlier this month to police.
NAUGATUCK, CT β A New Jersey man is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Naugatuck, police said.
Jay Elijah Outlaw, 30, of Paterson, NJ, is charged with first-degree sexual assault, first-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.
On June 3, an adult female victim contacted police from Waterbury and reported she had been sexually assaulted at the Naugatuck Motor Lodge located at 732 New Haven Road in Naugatuck, police said.

Through a subsequent investigation conducted by Naugatuck Detectives it was learned that the victim had met the accused before being assaulted in his room at the Naugatuck Motor Lodge, police said.
