Man Accused Of Stalking, Held On $200K Bond: Naugatuck Police
The accused was arrested on a warrant this week, police said.
NAUGATUCK, CT — A Naugatuck man is being held in lieu of a $200,000 bond and is accused of stalking the victim, police said.
On Monday, Carlos-Filipe Pascoal, 36, of North Church Street, was arrested on a warrant, police said.
"The warrant was issued due to the accused constantly harassing, stalking, and violating a standing protective order with the victim," police said in a news release.

Pascoal was held in lieu of a $200,000 bond and is charged with first-degree stalking, two counts of violating a standing criminal protective order and second-degree harassment.
