Man Accused Of Trespassing, Spray Painting: Naugatuck Police
Police said they responded to the area of the Polish American Club located at 199 Bridge Street on a reported suspicious person complaint.
NAUGATUCK, CT β A Naugatuck man, Edward Fullam, 32, of Coen Street, is accused of spray painting private property, police said.
At noon on May 30, police responded to the area of the Polish American Club located at 199 Bridge Street on a reported suspicious person complaint and possible vandalism on private property, police said.
"Through the officer's investigation the accused "tagged" multiple locations with spray paint and was found with spray paint on his hands and clothes," Naugatuck police said.

Fullman is charged with second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief. He was released on a $2,500 bond.
