Man Accused Of Violating Protective Order: Naugatuck Police
The accused was initially held in lieu of a $10,000 bond, police said.
NAUGATUCK, CT β A Shelton man, Frank Dylan Staffy, 34, of Woodland Park, is accused of violating a protective order and interfering with an officer, Naugatuck police said. Staffy was given a $10,000 bond.
At 7:43 a.m. on March 9, police initiated a motor vehicle investigation in the area of 443 North Main Street. Through the officerβs investigation the accused was found to be in violation of a standing protective order by being in the presence of the victim in the vehicle, police said.
"The accused also interfered with the officer's investigation by giving the wrong name to avoid the violation," police said.
