Man Banned from Ion Bank After Looking Up 'Inappropriate' Websites: Naugatuck Police
Naugatuck police say the man, who is not a customer, had been told not to enter the bank before but was found trespassing again.

NAUGATUCK, CT — A man who had been told not to enter the Ion Bank on Church Street because he had previously used the computer in the lobby to look up 'inappropriate websites' returned and was arrested this week, Naugatuck police said.
Police said at 9:10 a.m. officers responded to Ion Bank on Church Street for a trespassing complaint.
Brian Jackson, 21, of East Main Street in Waterbury, who is not a customer of the bank had been told not to entire the bank because in the past he used the computer in the bank's lobby to look up inappropriate websites, police said.

He was told not to return but was spotted in the lobby on August 10 and he ended up leaving before police arrived, police said.
Jackson was found on Church Street and charged with third-degree criminal trespass and breach of peace.

He was released on a promise to appear in court.
