Man Banned From Liquor Store Arrested: Naugatuck Police
The accused was initially held in lieu of bond, police said.
NAUGATUCK, CT β A Florida man was initially held in lieu of bond after he was found trespassing at a local liquor store recently, Naugatuck Police say. Police said Robert G. Kackowski, 56, of Clearwater, Florida, had already been banned from the store previously.
On May 13, police responded to Mountview Liquors at 727 Rubber Avenue for a suspicious person complaint, police said.
Store employees told police that they saw the accused in the area, police said. Kackowski had previously been banned from the property on May 7 for a previous larceny and other ongoing issues, police said.

He was given a $2,500 bond.
