Man Breaks Into Car At Gym, Steals Money: Naugatuck Police
Police say the accused also caused damage to the vehicle.
NAUGATUCK, CT β A Waterbury man, David Sepulveda, 22, of Edson Avenue, is accused of breaking into a car parked at a local gym and stealing items from the vehicle, Naugatuck Police say.
On Nov. 21, the accused was arrested on a warrant.
"The warrant was from an incident where the accused stole items, money and a credit card from a motor vehicle while at the Planet Fitness Gym which the accused used for fraudulent charges. The
accused also caused damage to the motor vehicle in excess of over $400.00," Naugatuck Police said in a news release.

Sepulveda is charged with criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny, third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, criminal attempt at illegal use of a payment card, and credit card theft.
He was released on a $2,500 bond.
