Man Caught Selling Drugs: Naugatuck PD
An officer observed a drug transaction and caught the seller, according to police.
NAUGATUCK, CT — A Naugatuck man was arrested after he was seen selling drugs by an officer, according to police.
An officer saw a heroin transaction on Rubber Avenue Aug. 11 near Meadow Street, police said.
Andrew Mendillo, 43, was stopped and had a small amount of drugs and a large amount of cash in his vehicle, according to police. He was charged with sale of illegal drugs and sale of drugs in a school zone.
