Man Engages Police In Pursuit: Naugatuck Police

The accused was released on a $5,000 bond.

NAUGATUCK, CT β€” A Waterbury man is accused of engaging Naugatuck Police in pursuit, police said. On May 2, Michael Boyette, 25, of Washington Avenue, was arrested on an arrest warrant stemming from a motor vehicle incident that occurred on April 7, police said.

The accused was arrested and later released on a $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on May 16. He is charged with engaging police in pursuit and reckless driving.
