Man Found Dead In Cemetery In Naugatuck: Police

NAUGATUCK, CT — Police are investigating after a man was found dead in a cemetery in Naugatuck on Monday.

Police responded to Holy Savior Polish National Cemetery at 819 New Haven Rd. around 4 p.m. to investigate a report of an unresponsive person, according to officials.

Officials said police found a man who was determined to be dead.

“This resulted in police activity in the area,” police wrote in a post on Facebook. “While the preliminary investigation does not indicate any criminal aspect, the investigation remains ongoing.”
