Man Given $75K Bond Over Possession Charge: Naugatuck PD

NAUGATUCK, CT — A Waterbury man posted a $75,000 bond after being arrested in Naugatuck, police said. At 9:17 a.m. Wednesday, police stopped a car in the area of 43 Patricia Lane, police said.

Through the officer’s investigation Juan A. Lopez, 25, of Edgewood Avenue in Waterbury, was found to be driving a car while in possession of a controlled substance, police said. The accused was arrested and released on $75,000 bond. His next court date is May 29.

He is charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to sell.
