Man Refuses To Leave 66 Church Street: Police
The patron was asked to leave on several occasions but refused to do so, police said.

NAUGATUCK, CT — A man has been arrested for failing to leave 66 Church Street after being asked to leave on several occasions, police said.
Police said at 1:17 a.m. on June 3 officers responded to the restaurant for a disturbance. Christopher Pakula, 32, of Hinkle Road in Washington, was asked to leave the establishment several times and refused to do so, police said.
When approached by officers, the accused also refused to provide his identification, police said. He was given a court date of June 14 and is charged with first-degree criminal trespass, breach of peace and interfering with an officer.
