WATERBURY, CT — A 38-year-old man is in critical condition after he was shot in the back of the head and crashed his car in Waterbury Tuesday night, according to multiple reports that cite police.
The crash was reported just before 8 p.m. near North Main Street, where the man went through the parking lot of Bertie's Restaurant before crashing into the backyard of a nearby home, according to the Hartford Courant.
The car struck several objects before coming to a stop, WTIC reported.
